To be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you must:
Candidates aged 18 to 54 take the citizenship test and answer questions about the rights and obligations of Canadians and Canadian citizens: the history, geography, economy, government, laws and symbols of Canada.
The duration of the test is 30 minutes and it consists of 20 questions, with a passing score of 15 correct answers.
